Return & Exchange Policy – Saanjh by Amatya

At Saanjh by Amatya, each piece is crafted with care, intention, and timeless elegance. We maintain the highest quality standards, however, if you wish to request a return, please review the policy below. Each piece is handcrafted and quality-checked. Minor variations are not defects but a mark of authenticity.


7-Day Return Window

We have a 7-day return/refund/ policy, which means you have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.


Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received
  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • With all original tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

Any item that appears worn, damaged, stained, perfumed, or altered will not be accepted.


Unboxing Video Requirement (Mandatory)

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for any claims related to:
    • Damaged items
    • Missing items
    • Incorrect products
  • The video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened, without cuts.

Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.


How to Initiate a Return

Once your return is approved:

  • The product will be picked up from your shipping address
  • You will receive further instructions and a return shipping label

Damages & Issues

We request you to inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect order

Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with supporting proof (including unboxing video), so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or made-to-order pieces
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Products damaged after delivery

Additionally, certain categories such as personal care goods, perishable items, and hazardous materials are non-returnable (if applicable).


Exchanges

To maintain efficiency and availability:

  • We do not offer direct exchanges
  • The fastest way is to return the item and place a new order

European Union – 14 Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, without justification.

Items must still meet all standard return eligibility conditions.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • It may take additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the amount
