Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays
  • During peak seasons or new launches, processing time may be slightly extended

Shipping Time

  • Domestic Shipping (India): 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days (depending on destination)

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as logistics delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (only on international orders) will be calculated and displayed at checkout
  • We offer free shipping on Pan India orders.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp
  • Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment and ensuring availability at the time of delivery

Delivery Attempts

  • Our logistics partners will attempt delivery multiple times
  • If the package is undelivered due to:
    • Incorrect address
    • Unavailability of the customer
    • Failure to accept delivery

The order may be returned to us, and re-shipping charges may apply

International Shipping – Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to custom duties, taxes, or import fees
  • These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost
  • The customer is responsible for paying these charges upon delivery

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
    • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
    • Share clear images/videos + mandatory unboxing video
  • In case of lost shipments:
    • We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details
  • We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect information
